High-Definition Prototyping

High-Definition Prototyping

The silicone rubbers and liquid resins are used in Object solutions, which use cartridge polymers to create high-precision prototypes. This technology allows simulation of rigid plastics (opaque or transparent) and rubbers of varying hardness, using soluble support material to create even complex undercuts.

Features

How Silicone Rubber Prototyping Works

The process uses liquid resin, which enables almost imperceptible layering and very high resolution. It is particularly suitable for producing medium and small-sized prototypes, ideal for the electronics sector and aesthetic objects intended for demos, trade shows, or exhibitions.

Why Choose It

Advantages of Silicone Rubbers and Resins for 3D Printing

High Aesthetic Quality

The materials are formulated to ensure accurate visual appearance, perfect for presentation models and aesthetic prototypes.

Precise Details and Smooth Surfaces

Processing from liquid material ensures ultra-thin layers, with surfaces almost free of “stepping” effect.

Functional Limitations

This technology is not suitable for functional testing: rigid resins can be too fragile, while rubbers have a limited elastic range.
