RAPID PROTOTYPING: ALL THE SOLUTIONS

With an approach focused on balancing quality, delivery times, and costs, Prototypes creates rapid prototypes starting from the fundamental parameters of mechanical design. Thanks to the cross-disciplinary experience of our technical team, we transform any project into a functional 3D model, using the most suitable materials for industrial prototyping.

Quick Sand Casting

Quick Sand Casting is the rapid prototyping technique using rapid casting to produce actual metal castings.

3D PRINTING OF CORES

Thanks to 3D printing solutions, we can perform "prints" of digital cores directly from 3D STL files.

CNC Milling

Through CNC milling, objects can be constructed in a wide variety of materials, starting from a block of the chosen material and shaping it using milling machines.

SLS Sintering

SLS Sintering is the rapid prototyping technique that uses the building material in powder form, specifically plastic powders based on Polyamide, also with 30% fillers.

Silicone Printing

The realization of prototyping with Silicone Molds is a micro-production technique called "soft tooling" since the mold is made of a soft material.

Investment Casting

Investment Casting, also known as lost-wax casting, uses sacrificial models identical to the geometries of the piece to be produced in metal.

Stereolithography

Stereolithography is a rapid prototyping technique that allows the construction of parts through the selective addition of material in liquid form in a vat.

Silicone Rubbers

Object solutions allow the simulation of rigid plastics, both opaque and transparent, or rubbers in different hardnesses.

DMLS Sintering

Selective Laser Sintering of metal powders, also known as DMLS, is a rapid prototyping technique of direct construction of prototypes obtained from 3D files.

Carbon Fiber Lamination

In addition to the possibility of creating nylon prototypes with carbon fiber filling from 3D printing, we can also produce high-quality objects in real carbon fiber.

Surface Finishes

Upon request, we perform technical finishing treatments on prototypes, particularly for those made of plastic material.
