BRONZE ALLOY CuSn7 Zn4 Pb (BZN7)
Bronze CuSn7Zn4Pb alloy contains about 7% tin, 4% zinc, and 0.5-1.5% lead.
It has good corrosion resistance, good hot and cold workability and good mechanical strength.
This alloy is commonly used in mechanical engineering applications such as bearings, shafts, gears, pistons, and valves, as well as in marine engineering applications where high corrosion resistance is required.
It is also used in the automotive industry, suspension systems and bearings.
